Privacy requests.
A clear way to reach us.
To request access, correction, deletion, account closure or a copy of your data, email support@ponderfi.com with the subject “PonderFi privacy request.”
Use the email associated with your account where possible and describe what you need. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. Don’t send sign-in codes, bank credentials, identity documents or full financial records in your initial message.
Requests are handled under applicable law. See the privacy policy for retention and deletion details.
